Introduction
This guide outlines key actions in VicForms to be able to easily create forms and send them for signing
Subscribing to VicForms
Before being able to create and send forms for signing you must first subscribe to a VicForms monthly billing tier
Login and create a new form
To access VicForms, log in with your username and password to begin creating forms
Add conjunctional agent to form
Conjunctional forms can be created in VicForms by adding the conjunctional agent to the appropriate form as required
Finalise a form
To complete a form and remove the "sample" watermark, finalise the form after confirming all information is correct (this will stop any future edits from being made to the form)
Send a form for signing
After a form has been finalised, you are then able to send it for signing at no extra cost using Hutly One Touch
Edit a form after sending it for signing
Hutly One Touch signing allows you to edit forms after being sent with no additional cost
Update signee details and resend a form for signing
The resend feature allows you to update signee details and resend a new signing link to your signees
Duplicate a form
You can duplicate forms in VicForms to reduce data entry by copying repeated information
Update billing details
You can easily update the billing details used for your VicForms subscription from within VicForms
Update agency logo
You can update the agency logo shown on your VicForms documents
Update utility provider
You can update your agency utility partner used for automated utilities referrals in the One Touch signing flow
Reset VicForms password
You can quickly and easily reset your VicForms password to assist you in regaining access to your VicForms account
Create a combined commercial contract
You can create a combined commercial contract from the several individual commercial contracts in Vicforms.
