Property Card

Individual property details are listed on its property card. These details are automatically generated from the latest agreements and authorities generated for the property.

The property card also lists the history of updates to the property and the current contacts for the property.

Property Actions

From the property card, you can perform contextual actions based on the current VicForms contracts associated with the property.

For managed properties, you can quickly create a Rental Renewal, or download the existing Rental Agreement.

For property sales, you can easily create a new Contract of Sale, download the latest Contract of Sale, or download the Sales Authority.

Sales

Selecting the Sales tab will display all properties mentioned in a sales contract or authority that has been sent using Hutly One Touch.

These properties can then be sorted by auction, private sales, and sold properties

Property Management

Selecting Property Management will display all properties mentioned in a letting and managing authority, as well as a residential rental agreement.

These properties can also be further filtered by Authorised, leased, and expired (properties where the end date of the latest form is in the past)
