You can manage and update your VicForms billing details directly from VicForms, this functionality allows you to update your billing email, as well as your agency payment method details.
From the dropdown menu at the head of the page select Subscription to be taken to the settings page.
Manage Billing Details
From the settings, page select Manage payment details to be taken to the Stripe portal.
At the Stripe portal you can see and update the following details:
- Your agency subscription tier and plan renewal date
- The nominated payment method and the option to add a new payment method
- The billing contact information and the option to update this
- The billing history and previous invoices that can be downloaded
This page can also be accessed by selecting Billing from the navigation menu
