The latest product update to Vicforms introduces the much-requested attachments feature!
This allows the sending of attached documents with your agreements sent for signing via Hutly One Touch.
Attachments are categorised as Documents to read & acknowledge and Documents sent with the email.
Send for signing
To get started click Send for Signing to open the sending window.
This window now has additional sections for accompanying documents to your agreements.
Documents signees need to read & acknowledge
In addition to including a brief message to your signees, you are now able to include documents that must be read & acknowledged with the agreement. These documents must be scrolled through and reviewed with the agreement that is sent for signing and the renter must agree to the documents before clicking to sign.

It is also possible to send documents that simply attach to the signing email and do not necessarily need to be acknowledged and signed.
Note - Attachments only support the PDF filetype and has a total file size limit of 9MB
Viewing sent attachments
Documents sent as attachments are listed underneath the Signing Status window from within Vicforms.
These can be re-downloaded by clicking on the file name.
- A pen on paper icon indicates the document was to be read & acknowledged
- A paperclip icon indicates the document was sent with the signing email
Note - Attachments marked to be Read & Acknowledged can also be re-downloaded as part of the agreement from the Actions menu.
