After a contract has been sent for signing and you can see the Signing Status modal appear the tenant/s will receive their signing link via email.

As the agent you will also receive confirmation the document has been sent:

Two Factor Authentication
Following the link in the email, you will be prompted to start the two-factor verification process by sending a 6 digit code to the nominated mobile number
Enter the verification code sent to your mobile to be directed to the next step of the signing process
Terms & Conditions
In order to use Hutly One Touch through VicForms you must agree to the terms & conditions of the REIV and Hutly. This is essential because, for Hutly to provide services to the REIV and its members, data must pass through Hutly's systems. Additionally, from time to time, Hutly is requested by signees and/or agency staff to assist with supporting VicForms.
Utilities
After agreeing to the terms and conditions the renters will be asked to use your set utility provider for their utility connections. This is your agency's chance to collect automated referrals through One Touch.
Generated Agreement
You will now see the generated document which you can down through each page before the signee can click agree and digitally sign the document
With One Touch there is no need for signees to manually scribble a signature. With the click of a button, the electronic signing event is recorded using Distributed Ledger Technology.
You're all done!
