Why does this happen?
If emails are ending up in your Junk/Spam folders, it is likely due to the way your email service is identifying these emails. no-reply addresses and automated emails may be filtered through to Junk/Spam folders automatically or blocked entirely.
How to resolve this
To ensure that any emails sent are accepted in your Inbox, the best thing to do is to whitelist email addresses you know you will be receiving emails from. The emails used for Hutly and VicForms are below:
