Do tenants need an individual email and mobile to sign electronically via One Touch™?

Yes.  One Touch™ uses two-factor authentication in order to verify the identity of each signee. 

Where your tenants do not have their own email or mobile phone number, you will not be able to send your documents via One Touch™ and will need to use an alternative signing method.
